Start at 7 after each batch I find another until I get to the 5/6 batch to get a promo. Searching for 3 hours on the last batch, nothing. I’ve never had issues finding a batch late at night, posting this as offer is expiring, cutting my card as I type this… done, staying to Uber
I like this app. And the pay is decent. However they send me batches that are over an hour away from where I currently am I will be more willing to do them if the pay was a bit more due to gas prices being so insane. Other than that the app is super easy to use and training videos are very helpful.
This isn't a service—it's a total scam. I accepted an order for $40, found all the items, delivered them, and completed the order—but I only received $27. The client didn't make any adjustments to reduce the price, which means the app itself stole my money.
Instacart has the absolute worst support team. It is incredibly hard to get a hold of anyone who can resolve problems. They’re HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE. They told me 24-48 hours for reimbursement but now they say 3 weeks to a month. Absolutely do not recommend using instacart, it will be a massive headache and not worth the time and effort.

In the past two days, I received a 1-star and a 3-star rating without any clear reason. In both orders, I completed everything correctly: all items were delivered, no replacements were made, and deliveries were on time.
I contacted support not to ask for the ratings to be removed, but simply to understand the reason behind them. Instead of receiving a helpful explanation, I was told that “the customer must have had a reason,” which is not a valid or professional response.
As a shopper who works consistently and takes this seriously, I expect transparency and respect. If customers can affect our income and access to batches with ratings, then we should at least be given proper feedback or justification.
Closing the chat without providing any real explanation only makes the situation worse and shows a lack of support for shoppers.
I am requesting a proper review of these ratings and a clear explanation of what went wrong, if anything. If there is no justification, then this system is unfair to those of us who are doing our job correctly.

Cada vez está peor solo pagan la milla a $1 a los clientes q enseñaron a no dar propinas ya q ustedes pagan mal deben enseñarlo como doordans q le dejan un mensaje q mientras de propina los drivers le hace su orden y a esos clientes tes los unen con los q si dan y son los mas problemáticos solo les falta q nos digan q le la metamos los alimentos al refri y q le preparemos comida para lo nada o poco q dan
