Community Voice & Feedback
They are terrible and not worth the money find something else, these really suck and they make you join a subscription plan, which isn’t worth it
Can’t highly rely, a lot of times video is garbled.
We live in Florida Keys and we were worried that the heat and humidity would be too much for the cameras and batteries. They have worked perfectly for over 3 years now and a simple to do battery recharge last for months.
I have just installed the Essential Outdoor Camera 2nd Generation. The setup and installation was easy. The camera works great. I would highly recommend this camera.
It’s good most of the time but sometimes the app won’t let me login. It gives me an error message about having no connection. Overall when it does not glitch, it works perfectly.
By the time I get the door bell notification the person is getting back in their car at the end of the driveway. It does not pickup motion until you are close to it.
I was in the yard and a baby deer bounce by and it did not detect the motion.

The last update made it harder to delete an event than it was before the update.
Good
It’s great security
It freezes in the very beginning & then won’t let me access anything, Very Unhappy‼️
Changes are mixed
Excellent app
After having the Arlo 2 cameras up on my house since purchasing them at Costco, my video streams are coming in distorted and green. Why is this happening?? Now the white hub has green lights but no views on the cameras! Just a Red Circle when you open the App. I have cold booted and warm booted the hub and no change!
Since the latest update. One camera goes white screen in playback. Another isn't recording at all.
Too slow as someone can get in the house before it even notifies
