WASH-Connect

I mean this is where we have the wash so we gotta deal with it right? I wish they would have been able to put more on each floor, but I guess it’s not that much room. I do love that you can request a refund if something goes wrong with the machine. Sadly, it happens too often though.

Machines at this location are constantly having issues. Not washing clothes properly, not rinsing, leaving the clothes overly damp. The front loaders always have a mildew smell.

Expensive, but yet everything is practically honestly I haven't had any problems with the machines themselves,and its been almost a year in November but i have to say one major thing that irks me, is that the amount of money at the very least is $10 that they'll let you buy for washing in the app & then i believe it goes $10 or $20 increments i cant recall but something like that, but anyways, it doesn't even out if i do 2 washes & dry its $2.50 for wash and $2.75 for drying which is $1 more that i have to put $10 more dollars spending way more money when i'll have to replace it again! and its uneven on purpose because there will always be a dividend left in the app just in case you happen to forget about it when you're busy moving out of your old place into your new one and then when you think about it maybe months later you wont be able to get into your app and all the little extra dividends you accumulated left over will be theirs,now add yours plus hundreds of thousands!

This shouldn't have to exist. Not only that, but the "privacy" policy means that I have to sell my soul to the data broker gods just to do my laundry. Ridiculous.

Half the time the machines do not register with the app and I am left unaware of how much time is left on my machines.

Aveces la máquina cuando ya le pones dinero no lo reconoce te vuelve a cobrar a mí me robó 10$ no es mucho pero si te sirve para lavar bastante, en fin deben de arreglar eso, falla con la tarjeta y la conexión es muy lenta la app

The machines don’t work.

The app is convenient in regards to using your digital wallet and not cash. What I don’t like is recently they changed the minimum amount from $5 to $10? This makes me feel like the creators of this app are forcing people to spend more. The minimum should be the price it cost to wash or dry. I also don’t like how you can’t withdraw any leftover money from your account back to your debit card. Just horrible. All the bad out weighs the good.

List of connection issues. Sometimes it says the load has started but it hasn’t and the clothes are still dry.

Holy bugs Yalawhy this app and this company had the buggiest most annoying machines in the entire world it’s so ridiculous.

I have had no issues using the app over the years and I believe the software has continually been improved.

very good machines, well behaved and funny.

I receive more error notices than ever before. I had to lay out my laundry to dry last week and this week it takes multiple tries ti connect to machine. Connection audit necessary. Please advise.

Would be great if the app tells you if your laundry randomly stopped. It doesn’t. Also sometimes the app doesn’t connect well to the machines. Takes me 5-10 minutes to start a machine. Have to go in and out of the app for it to connect or read
