I have been using this app well over a year now, but with the recent update my music gets paused every time I swipe out of the app, the timer ends to go to the next workout, or i swipe down to see my full workout for the day. It's so annoying when you're mid set and then your music stops out of nowhere. I love the app otherwise, but please fix this!!!
I want to love that app and I had been until today. I am on week 9 of a program, the conventional deadlift where you have to increase the weight each set. Why is it not letting me input the new weight for each set? It’s only logging one weight across the board. How am I supposed to know how much weight increased I did next time if it’s only going to show 1?
Love the new update and abilities to track reps. I haven’t had this issue until this update, but now every time I open the app my music will stop playing. It’s quite inconvenient - hopefully a quick fix because I love this app!
Hard to reorder the trainings and the intervals could be changeable. But workouts and videos are great
This app is worth every penny. I’ve used a few fitness apps in the past but this one takes the cake. It’s aesthetically cute, yes. BUT there’s no fluff. It’s the workouts and you can see the workout as you’re doing it. There are timers, rest periods, alternate exercises you can swap out. You can choose your trainer and a program. Not feeling a program? They have a whole section of workouts for whatever vibe you’re feeling for the day with stretching and mindful mobility included (something I always avoided in the past!) I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this app. It is truly customizable. I LOVE it please don’t change a thing!
There are free apps out there, why is this so expensive?

I love this app and absolutely recommend it to everyone, but the only thing that frustrates me more than anything is sometimes I accidentally swipe out of my workout or I forget to save it when I end it, OR my WiFi connection is poor and it doesn’t save my workout. So, my stats and calendar tracking are off, which annoys me to no end. I wish that there was an autosave feature instead of a prompt to save your workout, this way if you accidentally swipe out during a set or if you forget to manually save your workout, it’s automatically saved for you.
One other improvement that would be awesome would be having an offline feature. I went on a cruise last summer and didn’t have WiFi. None of my progress was saved during that trip and I feel like I also remember having an issue with certain things loading.

This app freaking suck so much literally it says that you don’t have to pay it only says you have to pay for premium so when I downloaded it I was so excited to finally get a work out app for free then I hit in a signed up and then I tried to start a work out and it didn’t let me access any workouts and then I tried to like find a free one there one no free ones and when I tried anything else and like the journal or the other stuff it said you have to become a premium member and pay either a $114 thing each year or $14.99 a month all in all this app sucks
this app literally got me into the gym as a senior in college for the first time since my first year of high school! i was so nervous about starting and used the begin again challenge to jump right in. i loved the in app weight tracking, compatibility with my apple watch, and ability to swap out exercises or reorder the program to be shy girl friendly.
now being about a year into my fitness journey, i’m still obsessed! i love to pick and choose from the daily workouts provided, or even just use them as inspiration. i genuinely fall asleep picking out what i’m going to do the next day because i’m so excited sometimes.
the only thing i wish was the ability to create your own program. i would love to continue using this app for all my tracking as i continue to progress and grow with it.

I Love this app it's got everything, workout options, home, gym, so many great trainers, a timer and everything is tracked. The only thing I wish the weight on the tracker stays with THAT set instead of updating for every set. But other than that it's PERFECT

Alive is the best. The sculpt workouts are such a great add. I love doing them combined with one of the strength workouts.
I’m a fan of the workouts and a lot of features of the app (the soft countdown timer, the clear videos, etc) but I’m finding that it’s functionally buggy. I can’t save the reps I actually did for an exercise or leave myself notes (like, “add more weight next time”). So if I do more reps because the weight was too light I’m prone to repeat the easier workout because there’s no way for me to keep tabs of how it went the last time I did the exercise.
