I don’t know what happened on the last update but “My Account” used to show on the top border when the app was opened. This provided for quick and easy access to pay my bill. How the heck are we suppose to know that it’s now under the “FAQ” section. This makes no sense whatsoever and it wasn’t until two days later that I finally discovered it. Come on Extra Space —you can do better than this! Don’t make it more difficult for us to pay our monthly bill.

Digital access has worked like 3x in the 4 months when I go there (I don’t go a lot, probably the buildings fault even tho it is brand new)
I got a reminder that my payment was past due (due on the 31st, today is the 3rd?) right now instead of an email saying my bill was due on the day it was due (I thought it was on autopay) and I don’t see a notification area to change app notifications or email notifications for this type of stuff. Then my autopay says the autopay will pay on the 31st of every month but my next payment is on June 1st (obviously May doesn’t have 31 but it’s just weird literature, or lack thereof)
The app has 4 buttons on the bottom but the entire bottom is white so you can’t tell anything is even there to click, let alone what they say when you click down there and a new slide page pops up

It was a pleasure working with Tina on today. The process was seamless! The climate controlled unit is very clean, secure and safe! The location is also perfect for me.
I recently left uhaul because of communication issues they randomly move me out my original unit. Now I rent with extra space thinking it will he better now in three months you guys are gonna double my unit price. This is unacceptable!!!!! Now I have to think about moving again!!! And I have to mf pay to do so.
