There’s a problem within the app whenever I go into it to take a pic of the items there’s no camera setting in my phone for Clubfeast I don’t know if that’s the app itself but it’s not showing up on my end. I’ve emailed as well and still haven’t gotten any response. There’s no update for the app either so please figure out what the problem is

If you dare working or trying this company app then you haven’t realize DD, UE and GH exist, this app is just a cheap imitation of the other ones, everything is manual, routes are manually set up by humans creating a lot if mistakes like you delivering to addresses where no one has order a thing. They don’t have the money thus far the human talent to deliver an app and infrastructure that can equal DD, UE, GH, IC etc

With the increase in the usage of food delivery apps, the prices just seem to increase every single day. Club Feast, on the other hand, is amongst the most affordable options out there, not sacrificing variety and quality to keep their lower prices.

I can still try a wide variety of dishes and cuisines, all at pretty affordable prices no matter the type of restaurant I order from, the quality of the dishes is always there. I highly recommend the app to anyone on a struggling budget but that is still wanting to experience many different types of meals and dishes from around their area.

Ive only worked with them for 2 days but have noticed the service is good in many ways such as a dispatcher is 24/7 available when working. But.. There also is some issues as well as you would expect with any new app. The developers need to fix the delivery function so if i handed the customer there order so it doesnt need to always be a picture taken. Also the payment amount isnt viewable, and needs to be transferred threw another application. Furthermore some restaurants need to be told to have the order labeled.
Hope this helps. Great service!

I’ve worked DoorDash, UberEats, Instacart, and the rest of them. This has been great solely on the fact I’m not required to go upstairs for apartments or wait on food orders since it’s scheduled. That was the biggest problem about the competition.

My only concern so far is transparency on payment. As a driver is we need to know how much per shift we made.

Just signed up to work with clubfeast and I noticed nobody ever sent me a link to the driver app.

Apparently I have no credentials to login.

I’m supposed to show up on my first day and show restaurants what? An email ? Text messages from my dispatcher ?

I already lack confidence in this companies infrastructure, the on boarding process was very sloppy and as you can see there’s still many questions to be answered.

Again, I state. I MY OWN OPINION!!!!

The reason why I say it is better than other delivery platform is because their service to their drivers are their priority, you are texting someone else’s phone number, which means that they will be getting your text on their phone, not a computer or anything else. They reply quickly when you have troubles, they even text you if you take too long on a delivery and ask if you need help with anything. You do have to text them once you arrive at your first stop, which is not bad because that’s when you start earning. You also get paid by the hour and can take back up shifts to make more money! It is also true that they have competitive wages, $21 per hour for lunch shifts and $18 per hour for dinner shifts.

I also like how they thank you for the shifts and depending on if it’s lunch or dinner shift, they say have a good rest of your day or have a good night.

Honestly I was very well communicated with about scheduling shifts times at first. Then I waited an entire day and didn’t receive a route, as it stated my route will be confirmed night prior to my first pick up. Next morning I reached out have my info taken out the system as i felt it was being poorly managed and the guy that was texting me said, “I could of gotten my route earlier if I asked for it.” Not sure how I would of known that as it was my very first experience with this company. So I never did work for them but I still receive emails weekly to register for routes. I really want to try again because it is a start up and I don’t mind aiding in a new business coming up but I’m sort of skeptical now.

They do not pay 28 the hour! They pay you max 80 bucks for working both shifts, and they don’t even pay you for each hour. There is no clock in or out. If you apply for their days and try to work either they don’t message you or they lie and say that you replied to late to work. Club feast I would not recommend for anyone

This app will have you up and ready to go. Just to realize you can’t contact customer care. Also there’s never any deliveries. Just a waste of time. I’m a gig worker for many apps and this is even worser than postmates or doordash!!! Red flag!!!

I work in NYC and just joine my experience so far is good with this company. They pay a few days after my shift which I don’t mind and their delivery support was good for me when I am on route
bad $$$$$ • Jun 14, 2021
I been working with this company two week already and they haven’t pay me nothing yet here in Manhattan Ny !! Not Good
crushcrushcrush13 • Jun 5, 2021
The pay is great and the steps are easy to follow even though you sometimes pick up multiple meals in a row before dropping them off. It was different at first but totally worth it cause the routes are efficient so I can save money on gas and end up earning even more at the end of the day.
