The only reason I shelled out 24.99 was because I needed to know my blood oxygen level ASAP

The amount of oxygen in the blood can tell you medical information about your heart and lungs.

I want to use the apple provided blood oxygen app but it's missing from my apple watch, I downloaded this cause it had a lot of reviews and was "free" I cannot even use it on my watch without paying a subscription. No thanks. I can buy a machine to do that from REI for cheaper than a year's sub.

This product is a waste of $ if the info you’re interested in is a reading of O2 saturation. The only result I get is “normal” and I need specific percentages so I can track my condition.

Toda app muy caroo

Won’t let you use your smart watch at all. Also the only way it checks your blood ox without purchase is by asking you how much you’re breathing. Do not waste your time if you’re looking for a free app.

Stop asking for reviews.
Bchbum711 • Jun 12, 2026
This app does NOT track your blood oxygen levels. Paid for the pro version to sync it with my watch and still it just asks questions or wants you to manually add your PoX. What a waste of money

Great to have this information
M3n4h • Jun 10, 2026
This is a waste of money, your Apple Watch can already tell you your heart beat. I got it for the oxygen saturation, but it doesn’t actually tell you a %. It just asks questions. It says you have to have an Apple Watch 6, I have the newest Apple Watch, and when opening the app on your watch, it asks you for your %.
