They say no expiration and the files get deleted after a time. Also I have had issues being able to open the files. I am taking a graduate course and the files are needed to study so this adds another layer of stress that isn’t needed. This app is a good idea however they need to workout the bugs still. Yes I have a paid subscription which to me makes this worse
Spent my free trial period trying to figure out how to transfer a single file from a website without luck. Utterly useless.

Unless sender allows a preview you will never view doc...unable to open what I received in any app on my iPad...and sender is being bit of a dyk not sending different avenue with preview sos I can see the rotten item. And I bet as soon as you start paying WE a monthly items will become viewable right?
wetransfer itself is fine, great for what it does even— unless youre on mobile where if you try to send a file on the web version itll block the option to do so with a popup that insists you download said app. if you do eventually with great reluctance and annoyance download said app since you saw no way to get past it, saying youll either delete it right after or maybe even keep it since you know youll need to send another file in some way and you might as well, it immediately prompts you you put in your card for the free trial and theres no way to get around it, lol. ticked me off so bad i had to type this because in no way should sending one file to myself via another email to try and get it on my pc be this infuriatingly tedious.
I got this app to transfer a file to someone and it took a WEEKLY 9.99 after I cancelled subscription.
