It took a while for me to fully understand it, and some of my cards kept scanning in correctly no matter how many times I tried it.
This app has so many issues like the grading system etc. i cant even list the amount of bugs that they have sorry but… do not download this app again, sorry rare candy…
They take forever sending out order, customer service sucks beware
Good for scanning well known or expensive cards but if you’re trying to scan all of your cards it can get unreliable quickly. I got it for free scanning capabilities but when I heard that my friend had it to I wanted to know how to follow hi and couldn’t get it. In the App Store it also doesn’t say in app purchases but it does have packs that you can buy in the app which was a little misleading. My biggest tip if you’re just trying to scan all your cards is that you go back and check if you have what it shows you scanned because it showed that I scanned a thirty dollar card and inflated my collections value. Overall good free scanner app with only minor issues.
I recently invested in this app a lot and I got some crazy pulls . Don’t get me wrong. I had them shipped out to me. All of the cards were damaged. Some of them look like they were tampered with or Fixed I should say. I contacted customer support very slow not being effective keeping customer on edge waiting for a reply. I have more than enough proof as soon as I bought them, I took pictures of them. All of them are destroyed I get one but all of them come on. It’s like they just threw them in there and shipped them in a box what happened to good customer service what happened to being fair? Please anyone that has this app be careful don’t get burned like me. The FUNNY THING IS IM NOT CHASING THE MONEY I ENJOY COLLECTING THANK YOU RARE CANDY FOR SCREWING ME OVER !!!
I love this app and will still use it for my collection but one thing that is kinda annoying is not being able to find chinese version of the cards, so i have to track those prices separately. I and im sure others would appreciate adding the Chinese versions aswell please🙏🙏
I love the app ! Fast scans and everything is perfectly organized and it is even shows you the process for damage cards which is very helpful. My one and only complaint is that there’s no way to delete multiple cards from your collection, only one by one … and if you bookmark a card you can’t just un-bookmark it … you have to add it to your collection and then you can delete it, it’s extremely tedious and time consuming… please for the love of GOD !!! Add that feature !!!
Besides that, the app is the best one I’ve tried so far. I would give it a 5/5 but that missing feature really drives me nuts. By now it’s a 3.5/5 , once they add the feature to delete multiple cards at the same time then it’ll be a 5/5.

Good luck getting your cards sent to you from the instapacks. I ordered 10 cards from my vault about 5-6 weeks ago. Customer service spent weeks emailing back and forth before they could give me an “order number.” You don’t get an order confirmation in your email, and the “Orders” section in the app does not function, just always blank. Don’t waste your time and money with the instapack feature.
Love the app don’t get me wrong, but I already had a complaint/issue regarding receiving a MP cards from my vault but no clarification that I would receive damaged cards. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth especially what I spent to acquire and to receive the cards especially since it was a card I was most excited to receive as well, idk thought it was trustworthy but I don’t think so anymore.
The scanner works sometimes but its like 50/50 or 60/40. Its good to keep track of your cards and the pricing. The prices are very different than other apps.

Dont know why the good reviews, it automatically turns every card into a first edition very annoying when trying to scan.

Every time I try to scan my mega Latais ex it was making the picture look like a lucario x from back in the day and it was starting to get me mad so I just started to give up cause I was getting mad and I just heard skipping cards because it kept happening
