Yall these Mf’ers scammed me out of $39 ! If ur looking for the medication u have to become a member first and then pay for the medication! If you’re approved . But they won’t refund ur money back even if u change your mind. I didn’t even use the service and they denied my refund. NOBODY WANTS TO BE A FRIGGIN MEMEBER we just want the medication. Bump it I rather exercise and eat right . Discipline myself because taking this medication u will have no discipline and as soon as u stop taking it u will gain ur weight back within weeks because I didn’t put in the work to b thinner. I have deleted and added this app many times and yet, it never seems to get me off a loading page! Very disappointing!
Tried downloading app multiple times. Resetting phone. Etc. app does not open. Just blank black screen and closes down.
When part of the glp-1 program is to weigh in…the app should not consistently have this glitch- the font size becomes huge- when user inputs number- with a message that fills the mobile screen app) screen and is incomplete because there is not sufficient size for it. Shoes perhaps 8 letters with the rest of the words off screen perhaps. The app then freezes. You must exit the app as no functions will work anymore. It’s been broken so long. That it makes me think that no one at hers either knows or perhaps they’re just wondering why people don’t weigh in much.
I have been using Hers for a few months now. There is almost zero value that the app or membership provides that isn’t free anywhere else, aside from the access to a physician to prescribe the medication. There is nothing unique about it, and what’s there is minimal as far as guided meditations or little work outs or nutritional advice. For $150 per month, they are only playing on convenience, and the amount is exploitative. It should be closer to the first month’s amount. I only find myself using the app for the weigh in tracker and to confirm the next month.
The doctor associated with hers and I decided the product I was using was not right for me. He sent information on how to dispose of unused product. Now 2 months later I am being sent more and being charged a crazy high price. Support will not even consider accepting the unopened box for refund. Terrible
They only use bots, no actual customer service! This is terrible! It takes weeks to get any real assistance. I will never use them again and will NOT recommend them to anyone!!
The app is so awful. I am planning on switching providers just because this app is so terrible and not user friendly. There is no way to see tje does of the medication that you are on, so in the beginning you will need to do some math to figure out the week and dosage you are on. Additionally, why do I have to sign up for their brand of compounded semiglutide injections (which are not good im my opinion) and have it switched over just so I can get the name brand injections? This has to be their way of inflating some kind of metrics.
Don’t waste your money with this program. On the highest dose of the medication they sent me. I never lost a single pound. I’ve fluctuated between the same weight the entire time. I’ve sent messages with concerns and have been met with “ you’re probably just not at a high enough dose yet” well here we are highest dose possible and nothing. Spent plenty of money to not lose a single pound.
My hair has never been so full and shiny. I took me three months to start noticing it. I’m so pleased that my hair loss reduced 90%. I couldn’t be happier!
I love Hers, but the app gives me nothing but trouble. I try to open it and it automatically closes. I can’t access anything because I can’t even get the app to open. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and it makes no difference.
This does everything I wanted and no side effects.
Like a previous reviewer, I too am unable to get past a white screen with a spinning wheel. Doesn’t work, doesn’t look good for your company.
Can’t even login on my other phone and can’t ever access my birth control inquiry. Had to switch to Wisp.
