I must admit I am addicted to AIRPLANE. It helps me to concentrate when reading and in a way centers me.
I have been using this app for about a decade, and find it great for sleeping and for concentrating. The sounds are varied and internally complex enough that my brain isn’t picking out patterns or repetition. Highly recommended for a wide range of background sound needs.

Stops working (emitting sound) periodically, and the only way to fix it is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Has been this way for years.

I don’t know why but lately when I lock my phone, instead of seeing my custom locked screen with background image of my girlfriend, all I see is White Noise taking all screen, this really sucks!
This is the only sound machine with an airplane sound that I’ve found. I use it every night at!

Crickets are my nightly go to.
This app has a good selection of sounds and is reliable to use. They do not pressure with ads, but have better things if you want to purchase them. It will play through the night consistently with no problems - which for some reason - I find to be a problem with other apps. I’ve used this one for 3+ years now. Highly recommend.
I love this app! There are so many choices.. but the best feature is the create mix.
My neighbors built a chicken coop thirty feet from my bedroom window in November of 2024 . They got Roosters that start crowing about 4- 4:15 AM every day and then all day long at intervals, I begged them to do something about them cause they were driving me insane. They didn’t care. I finally found white noise and I use the Brown Noise feature, it is the only thing that blocks them out - I would be in an institution without it.
No way to turn them off 😥
