I rarely write reviews but this is by FAR the most useful app I own! Scans beautifully and saves me having to buy a scanner for the occasional copying I need to do. Takes multiple pages and then I can email them to anyone. Can’t live without it!!
This app was great until it stopped working. While it still scans - I am no longer able to connect to my google accounts to save information. I’ve emailed customer support and nobody’s returned my emails.
Best scanner hands down. The fax feature is also easy and handy to have whenever it’s needed. Simple to use and reliable. I trust it to work flawlessly each time. It is perfect, just needs folders so you can organize your documents.

No one from support is returning my multiple emails and there isn’t a number I can call. I even got an email bounced back - undeliverable. I’ve had JotNot for many years and every time I’ve gotten a new phone I’ve always lost documents but support has always been there to help retrieve them. Not this time! Can someone from support please answer my emails and help me retrieve my documents please? Checked your faq page and you really should advise customers to back up their files first before they get a new phone. I’m really hoping my files aren’t lost I will be very upset!
Great app! Used forever! Please if possible maybe in next update *Add import pdf file from device to export to jpg conversion to save back to device photo library etc location (instead of low resolution screen shots I’m currently using which lack quality on zoom) thanks!
I had linked this app with my Google Drive account a year or two and then a few months ago, I had to reauthenticate and couldn’t. Google warned me that the JotNot Pro was trying to access sensitive data from my Google account and hadn’t been verified.
I notified the app developer, who replied they’d get verified ASAP.
Now Google blocks access without the verification warning. Not cool for a paid app that advertises this functionality.
