No Body Replies If They Do They Say They’re Not The Listing Agent Or The Listing Are Old
Zillow needs to catch up with home facts!!! Competitors are much better! Zillow use to be the “go to” real estate app, not so much anymore! All of my home info is wrong, but that’s okay…Redfin got it right! Shame on you Zillow!!!
They will not show you the full inventory and they will lock you into realtor agencies that they signed with.
as of a few updates ago, the “report listing” button just opens a nonspecific help database with no recourse instead of leading to a report page for a specific. considering how many listings have problems (incorrect bedroom count, map placement, omitting HOA info, etc), that’s not great. not that it matters, i guess, because 100% of responses i’ve gotten to prior reports were useless abdications of responsibility. this app sucks and therefore so does zillow. it’s bad enough for the housing market to be as dire as it is without having it be mediated by an incompetent, do-nothing platform that enables liars, price gougers, and rent seekers
Search for property by acre near anyway in the US and realtors for some reason add random long numbers for acreage for a lot. Impossible to search for land without ton of false properties. No way to report either. Dont trust a site or service that allows false info so openly with no repercussions. Realtors are licensed professions, making this worse.
You possibly have the laggiest app I have ever used
Zillow hasn’t updated the Apple TV app since 2021. There are a lot of home buyers who like to browse for homes from the comfort of our sofas. We don’t want to use AirPlay to them on the Tv. The Search function no longer works. You can no longer save homes and then view them on the Apple TV app. What a shame.
For the longest time I’ve liked Zillow but lately it seems to send me houses that are way too small. The year build is way too new and it’s like I don’t know what the algorithm is for sending me leads on houses that are so far off the mark I may have to delete this app!!
App crashes while trying to open since the update.
