Can mt use the data im paying for nor can i get in touch with customer support to fix it im not liking this app anymore
So the app is overall great but once your in a group with people that don’t use text now and you send a message it restarts the group and then theres multiple group chats everytime you send a message! but overall the app is great!!!

I have been paying for my this app every year, and suddenly they blocked access for users outside the USA and Canada without any prior notice or communication. As a result, I completely lost access to my account history and data.
What is even more concerning is that their support team has become completely unresponsive — no replies on chat, no clarification, and no proper customer support despite being a paying customer.
This behavior is highly unprofessional, misleading, and unacceptable. Customers should never be locked out of a paid service without transparency, warning, or a proper transition process. I have completely lost trust in this company and the way they handle their users.

wouldn’t send verification email n when it did it said invalid number even though i copy and pasted it
It’s good but you have to wait 15 days to change your number

The messages some times don’t even go tho and I don’t receive any verification codes worst ever delete this app
I love this so much and this helped my whole life of calling my friends is a dream. I didn’t even have a number but now I get a call text and do everything with my friends and call them my favorite app ever.
Text Now is a great #app. It works well easy to function and works just about anywhere.

I understand the ‘Lock In Number’ might be one incentive, but I believe it to be more nefarious than that…
