The user interface is not user friendly at all.
I work nights Sunday night through Thursday night. When I put in for time off on Sundays Workday doesn’t recognize it. Workday only recognizes Monday through Friday.
I have an iPhone 10 and now I can no longer access the app because you now require iOS 17 or later! That’s ridiculous you just block access to those who need to access critical workplace information, schedules, etc. Not everyone can afford a new phone Workday!

This app is absolutely garbage constantly being locked out of the account then have to call company’s tech line just to sit on hold from 10-25 minutes just to reset passwords and reset system again I’ve had to reset this pos 12 times in the last 3 days it sucks major Sac

My phone is too old to use this app. I live paycheck to May check close of needing government assistance.

Excellent and easy to use.
This app has limited utility for managers and supervisors. It’s helpful to approve employees’ requests for leave and expense transactions, but I regularly need to do tasks like review time in order for employees to get paid. I have to access Workday from my laptop or web browser, login, multifactor authenticate, and so on. It’s a straightforward process, so it’s frustrating that I have to take so many extra steps to do this common task. I can’t understand why it’s not easily accessible in the app.
Constantly requires you to update your pin every month. Which was whatever but this morning I went to punch in for work it says sorry your app needs an update. However they made it so it no longer works on older devices because they it to iOS 17 required. So I have to by a brand new phone JUST TO PUNCH IN. Corpo slop covering each others bottom line.
