The app has been wonderful so far set it up by myself. Didn’t have to have no help was using a different service. I had to always have assistance and this one do not have to do that. Also has a very very good security protocol done a job for a lady her sister paid from out of town and out of state. They caught it within one hour of the transaction and made sure that I submitted all information to them and then unlock the account. Very grateful that they’re paying close attention on this so there’s no fraud accident with this set up and this app and platform. Great review and great to you so far. Only if I can make invoices, we would be in there with everything the app has offer.

Disappointed penny rounding has not been rolled out. Square has been rounding for many years in other countries, it should not be so difficult here.

Updated my app without my permission now they moved buttons and cash check out on the opposite side. Why do you change things for people who have been using your services for years it’s very annoying

Fees are crazy and support is doing nothing to solve the problems you have.
This is slave-tech designed to take your money and help casual fraudsters steal from you. 5 transactions in six months have been reversed by people who weren’t happy after the fact. Square helps criminals steal from you.
Sometimes I deliver in ranches and far away from city where banks or atm’s are located. Square is The Best.
I have been using them for about 5 to 6 years now and I have had no issues whatsoever with them. They even have been so gracious to extend me personal loans would have helped out tremendously, and also have given me ample time to pay off the loans!
I bought a register and used square for several months for an art collective I’m a part of. Our account was deactivated without warning and without any cause given. When I called to escalate I was told it would be reactivated, no problem. Turns out there was a problem, because the deactivation is now final. Still no reason given, even to the rep I spoke to, and he was unable to escalate because of the “final” decision. Really horrendous and shady business practices.
Don’t update your iOS if you want to keep using Square!
