This is a solid app, complements the desktop version well. I make all my listings there and just respond to messages using the app. It’s a lot more convenient and the ability for direct notifications makes it much smoother. Great app and it has a ton of potential!
I wrote my daughter children’s book 3 years ago. I have reported my “ expert illustrator”(ANOSHA CHAAND) 3x and have NOT received any compensation.
No book & no refund.
Not only did this woman take my money and say it was completed, but she made me pay another extra $114 because “this kind of book is really in demand now”
This is after she has already gotten my instructions. We’ve already talked about the book everything she agreed to the money took the money gave me. Nothing asked for $100. She said she was gonna complete it. I called three times about it. I’ve contacted her numerous of times with no contact back except for every time I contact support. She’ll like send me a sentence or two this is absolutely acceptable and unbelievable. I wonder how many people this has happened to and they just blew it off. I’m not blowing it off. It’s been three years. I did something special for my daughter and I deserve to have that book done for free.
At the very least, I want my money back, but I’ll never use this site again and I will do nothing but bash it to everybody that I know.

A lot of the things on here do not make sense if somebody from a different time zone messages us and we are asleep we get negative marks as a seller for not replying immediately which just sucks and it’s just not right even with our automatic reply that it counts negative against us
there is multiple things that needs to change on this platform like even being able to talk to customer service or help which is almost nonexistent
I was a higher level seller, but it went down because of these things and then I don’t get as many bookings and sales because of that or if people are booking my services and not fully reading what I do and then canceling I get negative points as a seller because of that that’s another thing that needs to change. It would be more beneficial for the company and 100 times more beneficial for the seller a lot of the things on here needs to be fixed is why some of us as sellers don’t do as much business on here as we could be doing
