Community Voice & Feedback
The best investment app, easy to navigate and much more.
Always a problem to connect
It provides great and timely advice.
I like the app very much. It is very functional.
I have no idea where anything is.
changing tabs doesn’t refresh data - very inconvenient after trading - below standard and expectation.
I’ve used this app for years and have navigated all the “updates” more or less successfully. Recently in the planning section, all my spending accounts have disappeared. But it still shows them in the “non-fidelity accounts” and net worth.
The spending section tells me to add accounts. When I cancel out of it (because my account are loaded already), I get a failure “please try again” message.
I have reloaded the app multiple times and still no joy.

The moment that it’s few days before you make your contribution, expect that there’s a dip of $300-500. 🤡 More loss than gains. Gains happen when you make contributions.
scammy tactics veiled as bad software design + support that hangs up on you = i just liquidated all positions and am closing my account.
We have been exceptionally satisfied with our long-term relationship with Fidelity for investments, retirement accounts, cash management, and credit cards. The app is reflective of the quality of the company — thoughtfully designed, easy to use, with the most important information available at a glance and many, many ways to drill down into data about your own accounts and transactions as well as about various potential investments and market news.
Good
Absolutely ridiculous that I try to link my bank account to withdraw my money and yet when I try to link my bank account by using text authorization if I leave the app for a second to look at the code sent to me the app resets my progress, absolutely horrendous design.
more charts, customizable time chart. 1 week, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month.
ability to separate your cash contributions from earnings and see them separately in their own chart.
the new layout is confusing and not helpful. i can’t find my smart habits instantly as before. i need to go on a web browser to view/edit.

Fidelity is really the best brokerage app I have used for everything
It used to be easier until you guys updated it and now I can’t find anything can’t find the withdrawal. I can’t figure anything out. I don’t even like to use the app anymore.
