The iPhone and Apple Watch will perform as expected during a workout, but no data is saved to to Fitness app (I have all permissions granted). Upon completion of a workout on the watch the app will freeze in a Saving Workout state endlessly. Must force quit to use again. No method available for resolution.
Very flexible timing app. Can be configured for most sports or workouts. Number of intervals , intensity levels, amount of time for each interval— all can be configured to personal preferences. Alerts can be configured for the start of the interval , the middle , and the end of each . Easy to change. Each workout’s settings can configured, named, and saved.
I found this app a very functional, effective training aide.

A feature “pick N unique exercises from a pool of M” would be a real improvement.
Custom colors: defining colors by a hex code is a bit strange but that you can’t edit the names is awkward.

I paid for this app to sync with my watch for teaching and have tried everything but it's not working.
Wish it had the option to customize audio sounds for each individual interval. Aside from that it is good.

Based upon the issue of Seconds Pro being downloaded to my watch but not being able to add it as a complication on any watch face, I purchased a series 11 watch (and an iPhone 17), however, the problem persists.
I've tried everything, including deleting the app from my phone and watch and yes, I've toggled the "show on Apple Watch" setting.
In the settings section of Seconds Pro on my iPhone, it shows the (1) watch is paired and (2) the watch app is installed but "Complications enabled" says "no" and I can't change it.
I LOVE THIS APP and have spent a lot of time creating custom workouts so the fact I can't add the app as a complication on any watch face is very frustrating.
Please, please respond!

I’ve been using seconds for years and it is my go to app for any timed event.
Really good app for keeping workouts organized and on track. Easy to set up intervals, and the voice prompts help a lot during workouts. I mainly use it for treadmill and gym workouts, and it gets the job done without being complicated. Solid app overall.
Set more than 2 interval times.
I struggle to workout, I have never truly enjoyed the process. However, with Seconds, I have found a winner! It makes every workout clear and enjoyable!
This is a good app but some updates and improvements would be great. This app does not sync with your watch. When typing in your workout the type his is all one line. Makes entering from a phone very difficult to navigate and type especially when changes need to be made.
As a personal trainer and a group exercise instructor I absolutely love this app. I teach 8-15 classes a week and this timer is all that I use. I have all my workouts organized by year and month. I also use this for clients and I have them download it and I send them their work out so they can do it on their own with my instruction and timing. I have been using this app for many years and I absolutely love it.
Awesome
I’ve been using seconds pro for years. It’s one of the best interval timers out there.
Clear and easy to use. I don't need a whole lot of bells and whistles--but for a basic use, this is pretty much ideal.
