This app has helped me and my clients so much. As we laughed and cried together after finding out the foods that our bodies love and dislike. But some may have been a part of childhood favs. Please get this app and for 1 week try meals completely green for you.

I was definitely charged $9 even though it says $3.99 so be aware. I don’t have the energy to complain or get it refunded. The app seems helpful, I plan to try it out and see if it makes any difference. I have noticed certain things mess with my stomach and I never knew why and now I can see I need to stay away from those things for good.

Ok so some of the in-app links don’t work and need to be updated.

Nonetheless, the convenience of being able to search and summarize any and all food types per blood type is amazing. It puts it all at your fingertips.

My partner and I are so excited about the results of this diet.

Can we please get oat milk added to the beverages list?
Mommy Heck • Jun 8, 2024
This is exactly what I needed. Firstly I wanted the official food list without having purchased the book yet. I also wanted to be able to compare my list to my daughters so that I could shop and meal plan more easily. I can even compare 3 types for when I’m cooking for my mom too which would basically be impossible without this app. Beware of food lists from other places, originally I was going off a list that had a lot of conflicting information.

Now where does this all say there is a fee and now my account is over drawn and wasn’t expecting this at all!!!

I had this app and many of the books for years but recently I encourages 2 persons to buy this app and a few of the books based on their blood type and their health has improved greatly. Thank you for maintaining this app in the AppStore.

Family sharing doesn’t work even though they state up to 6 family members allowed. No response from developer or Apple when submitting issue so they also don’t stand behind their statement that they want to work with users on resolving issues - i.e. no customer support.

This app helps me shop for food that will give me energy instead of take it away since I am more sensitive because of my age and secretor type (nonsecretor) plus find recipes that make me feel good 👍🏼 . The only thing is that I always have
To go to the App Store to open it, the last few days since it doesn’t show up on my page! Weird. Wish you could fix that!

I have the revised updated book version Dec 2026/Sept 2020. But the app has not been updated to reflect that.

I’ve had this app for about 10 years. It’s a great App but I think the new science should reflect that.

I was led to believe there was some credibility behind the claims made in this app. In short, there is no empirical data suggesting the information in this app is true. While some of the suggestions to eat cleaner foods, the notion this has anything to do with your blood type is pure hype.
GamGam51 • Jul 21, 2022
Use this app frequently, especially when shopping. Would be terrific to have it for the Apple Watch, wouldn’t have to lug my phone around!
N!kname$R2Hard • Jun 10, 2022
To pay for an app with this poor of navigation is atrocious.

I am going to go back to get the book (which is only $5 more) and hopefully has more elaborate information and a navigation that makes sense.

I regret getting this app as it is extremely high level, offers poor navigation, and doesn’t share too much more than anything i could have googled otherwise.
Ihateittoo • Jun 3, 2022
As in the title, NOT allowing me to navigate to different types of food.

The common family food lists should indicate what is neutral for both ir all types and not just the beneficial. Since each type can look up their respective full lists it makes no sense to show what one type can have or not have when in the “common view” lists.

Another suggestion would be to be able to enter what foods you did consume akin to the my fitness pal app so you can get a feel for how true you are to the diet. This would be outstanding and worth a monthly subscrption fee!
