Community Voice & Feedback
This app allows me to continue my growth as professional.
App is good except i wish the read aloud voice wasn’t robotic would be nice if i could listen to my textbooks in a better audio setting
Does anyone know how to print from the mobile app?
The app renders text and pictures in a much clearer view than the physical textbook. Thanks

Paid 150 dollars for an ebook just for the access code to not work. What a scam.
Highlighter is not sensitive or efficient; works poorly with finger tap or Apple Pencil. Adjusting font size disrupts spacing between text lines. No ability to draw or write on the page with Apple Pencil. App crashes and lags often. App consumes iPad battery rapidly.
App has not been able to open for a month now. It keeps crashing when trying to start up
Couldn’t access the book that I brought for 70+
The APP constantly crashes each time I attempt to open it. Please fix ASAP
A very easy app to log into and use, and the layout/organization of the app is wonderful. Very refreshing when compared to other apps that are much more complicated.
I love the functions of this app. You can highlight in customizable colors, save notes, search, and the way it populates short quizzes for each section is so helpful. Such a great app!
Downloaded this via my schools link where they signed me in without having me look at my account. Now I’m locked out and I don’t know my account information and my book isnt even registered. Stupid.
Highlighting is clunky, taking notes is made difficult by that, viewing images in the book sucks and zooming sucks, the page separation is imaginary and pointless. The function of virtual textbooks is not improved by not just being an epub or pdf. If you are going to force texts to be accessed virtually and not print the text, you should have options for people who genuinely prefer the experience of a book and the structure it provided. Being forced to use the app does not help me be okay with how bad it is.
Hopefully this will be updated soon, but I would urge against using this app for its audio features. I’m actually confounded at how robotic and unclear the audio feature is… technology is way past this today. It is unusable for me.
The audio is awful. It sounds robotic and is hard to listen to.
