One Medical is truly a scam if you have insurance. Why are you paying a subscription to then pay even more out of pocket and insurance doesn't cover it? Clearly note your prices and terms and conditions.

The lack of cost transparency is honestly ridiculous. The app repeatedly encourages patients to schedule appointments, screenings, and tests, yet provides literally no pricing information before booking. Patients shouldn’t have to blindly agree to schedule recommended medical services without knowing whether they’ll owe $50 or $5,000 afterward.
I pay a monthly membership fee and still have no clear understanding of what is included versus what will generate additional charges. Basic information about appointment costs, telehealth coverage, and expected out-of-pocket expenses should be readily available. I should be able to find a list of services and what they will cost. At the very least, an estimate or a price range. Asking patients to commit first and find out the price later is absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely excellent
Do not use One Medical. I had a 10 minute phone call with a doctor in network and was charged $521. A visit to the doctor to get antibiotics ran me $503. OM is the worst and has charged me an arm and a leg for the most basic health care.
