Please fix the bug that’s making it hard to deposit checks.. it used to be so easy take a picture of the front and back and done now it keeps making you take the pictures ver and over and over saying make sure the numbers at the bottom are clear and seen and every time my checks pictures are clear showing everything .. it’s getting really annoying
I like the credit card part of it but when it came to opening a checking they said after 2 qualifying direct deposits in a month I’d get 300$, which I did and never was given the 300$ then it said my checks would be 2 days earlier………… the first check was then now 3 months of checks later it’s on Friday and not early as well as not getting the 300$ for setting up the checking account
New update broke the app. Forced to download update, now once I log in, the app freezes. I have tried force closing abs rebooting the phone. iPhone 13 Pro. Freezes everytime.
The app is super bugged out accounts arent reachable, its been a week.
The app was working fine until i updated it, i sign in and I'm unable to see my accounts or click on anything.
Amazing customer service, great product selection points, Venture X
The new update made this app unusable & nothing will load correctly, none of my accounts show up after logging in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the app still doesn’t work.
This bank is now on the DISCOVER NETWORK. You will NEVER be able to use this card OUTSIDE OF THE US. Having this card will put you in DANGEROUS SITUATIONS when you CANNOT PAY with it outside of the US.
This airkey addition to the app was POORLY implemented. I'm trying to access my points in the app and it doesn't work. If it can't read my card WHY ISNT THERE ANOTHER SECURITY OPTION?! Additionally, WHY WOULD YOU NOT CREATE THE ABILITY TO EXIT THE PAGE AND REENTER THE PAGE?!? I KNOW company this large had a development team and this is just silly. This is basic UI development. How was this not caught during UAT?!? Please fix this, it's annoying!
I can sign in, but after I get into the app, nothing loads. I can’t see my account information, and the app is not working properly.
The app is so terrible, slow, and glitchy it’s nearly impossible to use. The travel feature doesn’t show all flights available - google flights will show multiple cheaper flight options that the Capital One app doesn’t show with the same search input. The app is so frustrating to use I am considering cancelling my credit card with them and getting an Amex or anything else.
It keeps freezing.
App no longer loading. After signing in the app is just frozen and won’t pull up my accounts or let me make any selections.
They keep shoving ads for their data harvesting, money stealing extensions / shopping app. I’m not using your product for this. Turn it off. It’s not just once or twice, but many, many times for the same products over and over again when you’re trying to pay your bills or look at your accounts. It’s a terrible experience.
Fix the app … It always freezes and too many glitches…
