Community Voice & Feedback
Great App.
As far as 2fa or technically 3rd goes this app is likely as painless as it gets. There are some hiccups that occur from time to time, and that’s what holds me back from a higher rating. Our IT group blames the app and, well, then the support for the app blamed the IT group. It is probably the latter
The automated systems in this app have repeatedly failed. Phone numbers are “not yet assigned” and activation codes are all either “invalid” or “expired”. Zero customer support
You made the app worse duo. Not letting me refresh the passcode myself and instead putting a timer on it sucks I don’t like it.
Makes two steps authentication easier!
Great
Duo keeps me safe.
Alex is amazing and made this as simple as can be!!! He is wonderful!!
Works fines expires too fast
I should not have to do this mess every time I log into my computer no no no no
No more difficult to use than just pulling out my phone.
Set language to English but the text still shows up in Chinese
I work at the University I attend so It helps when me because I have to use different passwords for my student and employee access. I can either press the its me button on my phone or create a passcode.
This app does exactly what it’s designed to do, but signing me out every 30 days puts me on the brink on ending it all
I recently had to deal with duo mobile not receiving pushes. That seems like a waste of time
