I just updated this app and it keeps crashing

So simple to get prescriptions by mail and don’t have to worry about lines at the pharmacy.

I’m not sure why the average review is so high! This doesn’t manage my prescriptions well. When I get a prescription renewed, it holds on to old expired versions along with the newest ones. There is nothing intuitive about it. And it is not particularly easy to use. I use it only because there is no other app to manage my online TRICARE for Life mail order prescriptions.

You have changed everything that was easy. Now very confusing!

Your customer service reps are always nice but not often helpful. It is terrible trying to get someone on the phone and the app and website are terrible to use. I'll get a message that I need to call about something but when I try to find out what it is I can't. It is so very difficult to get a representative on the phone. I can't recommend you to anyone and only use you because I don't have a choice.

I have never had so much difficulty getting my prescriptions as I have had since switching to Express Scripts. I have my prescriptions canceled without explanation or an explanation that either I canceled it or my doctor canceled it but none of us did that. My doctor prescribed a new medication for me. And yet within the day that was canceled and I was told that either I or my doctor canceled it and we didn’t. It took my wife two phone calls speaking to a supervisor to get this medication released.

I just got a call from a prescription somebody about one of my prescriptions telling me now six months into the switch that I can’t switch from a retail to the delivery unless a new prescriptions issued. Everything requires me to jump through a hoop, and my medication’s are not coming on time and I’m questioning whether to continue with this company.

Always have to call to straighten out prescriptions. Express Scripts constantly tries to shift me to a cheaper non-prescription drug despite Doctors direction. Also, from the time an order is placed it takes a very long time to arrive in the mail. Today I see on the app that I “cancelled” a prescription that I’ve been on for over a decade! Really!!! I’m very unhappy with Express Scripts. On a positive note, their call center people are very polite and helpful.

Greatly improved. Easy to use to obtain refills on line.

Every time I put it on auto refill I never get the medicine takes so long to get it once I do order it

They lie and use the language of avoidance. . I urge everyone to stay away.

Terrible service. My medication is not being shipped correctly and they are not willing to put in a thermometer to confirm how cold the medication is getting during transit. I wanted to transfer my script to my local pharmacy and they said my pharmacy needs to call them to get it transferred. They called and could never complete the transfer because they kept hanging up on them. Now I need that medication today and I had to get my doctor to send a new prescription to my local pharmacy and another pre-authorization is needed…… when calling to ask why, nobody could answer my questions. I had to do this 3 months ago and for some reason that authorization is not in their system even though I was forced to get one. I will avoid this company like the plague. Terrible company.

Had a hiccup on payment method, legitimately cancelled order, but upon resolution no way to re-order…guess it’s to the phone to resolve
