This company will force you into subscription, make it difficult to cancel, and refuse a refund. This company is predatory.
Yesterday I was at the Museum arrows and got a ticket because the EasyPark did not initiate the extension of payment. I went to the police station today. I went back to EDRO’s and tried very much to straighten this out. I do not want to pay that ticket. I feel it was unfair since I had EasyPark initiated.
Avoid the use of this app at all costs. Terrible
EasyPark makes the confusion and frustration of public parking a thing of the past! I recommend it to EVERYONE.

Don’t use this app if you can avoid it. The GPS location they gave me was wrong, but I was in a hurry, so I missed it. Resulted in $100 in fines and administrative fees. Total trash.

App just spins when trying to download
I cannot recommend EasyPark, especially if you use rental vehicles.
I rented a car and added the license plate to my EasyPark account. After returning the vehicle to the rental company, I unfortunately forgot to remove the license plate. I later discovered that I was being charged for parking session a month after I had already returned the vehicle.
Within 5 minutes of the charges starting, I contacted EasyPark and explained that the vehicle had been returned to the rental company and was no longer in my possession. Instead of resolving the issue, I repeatedly received responses saying they understood my frustration but that their terms and conditions make me responsible because the license plate remained in my account.
While I acknowledge that I should have removed the rental vehicle from my account, I believe EasyPark could do much more to protect customers from this common situation. Rental vehicles change drivers regularly, and once a customer provides evidence that the car was returned before the parking sessions occurred, there should be a process to investigate and correct erroneous charges.
What disappointed me most was not just the charges, but the lack of any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. Simply referring customers to the terms and conditions without considering the circumstances is poor customer service.
If EasyPark is unwilling to address situations like this or implement safeguards for rental vehicles, I cannot recommend the app. If you do use it with a rental car, make sure you remove the license plate from your account immediately after returning the vehicle.

Most Ironic App Name of All Time
This app made public parking in a foreign country so easy! The interface was very intuitive for someone who’s never used a parking app before. EasyPark was accepted everywhere we parked in Switzerland.
I signed up to Park in Italy for two days and after eight months, they’ve been charging me every month for a subscription
I couldn’t cancel my subscription because I didn’t have access to my secondary phone number and customer care wouldn’t help.
