Okta Verify is a lightweight app that is used for 2-step verification so you can confirm your identity when you sign in to your Okta account. This gives you an extra layer of security so that you - and only you - can access your applications.
When you sign in to Okta, you can use Okta Verify to obtain a temporary 6-digit code or to approve a request notification sent to your device (your organization must enable notifications to use this feature).
Okta values your privacy. Okta Verify does not store personal information - we request permission only for your device camera, which is used to scan a QR code to register your device with Okta.

This is by far the most frustrating login process after getting a new phone imaginable. Trying to add my account to my new phone makes me not want the phone anymore. Have to either select email, push notifications, or phone call for the 2 step authentication. But my email requires me to login and it requires Okta for that so I can’t add the account via email. Can’t use push notification because it pushed it to the Okta account I’m trying to recover/login to. So I try phone but the account doesn’t have my number on it because it’s a work account so I can’t login in that way. I’m stuck in a loop and can’t work because of this because everything at my job requires this god forsaken app. The worst ever.
I like that it’s quicker to do on my computer than opening up my phone. I noticed in the latest OS update the UI is regressed and the text and icon is no longer centered. Also if you press cancel, it will just pop back up again. This led to my account getting locked so they should improve that UX.
My work requires me to have this app on my computer and the app will not open. I have a Mac Studio running macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 (a). I would give it no stars if I could.

This app does absolutely nothing after my account was added to it. The best part was when it told be to scan the QR code when I’m installing on my phone! How are you to do that?! So, I take a photo of the code with my tablet in order to utilize said QR code. That didn’t work either. Pointless. Don’t do it.
2nd time after upgrading the app on my phone, nothing works
It’s been about 2 weeks and push notifications are not working. I’ve updated iOS and okta app and the push notification does not pop up on my phone screen when I’m using work related websites that require verification. It even happens with other sites like my dental insurance it prompts me for push notifications on the computer screen and it does not come up on my phone, I have to open the app and then it pulls up the number to verify. Anyone else dealing with this?
My notification never pops up to verify. I had the app on my phone. It’s always malfunctioning. I can’t do anything for work because of this dumb app
Easy to use verification app, recently switched to this after my employer made the switch. I would love it if the app could be used with Apple Watch OS

Fix your touch targets so that clinking a hair off doesn’t just close the prompt window without doing anything
My school now requires this and it is awful
Even after reenrolling my device I still don't get push notifications through this app. It used to work, it was nice but I might as well go back to Google Auth
