Can’t open
I originally posted a negative review of this app, but I had gotten it confused with another medical app. This one is pretty good. It tells me everything I want to know. The one thing I find annoying and I don’t know how to stop it is the app keeps track of your appointments with your doctors even if it’s in their separate offices apart from the hospital. They send constant reminder texts, reminder emails and reminder robo phone calls. For a prior appointment, I received a text every single day for five days before the appointment, multiple Robo calls, and a couple of emails. That is damn excessive.
Usually the app works like a charm, but today I was unable to renew any prescriptions and also unable to email doctor. Not sure what’s wrong, but would be nice if app support

Great service site
Can't see bills, can't send a message doesn't have your appointments can't get support you go to that tab and it has no information on how to obtain support. Needed to email the provider and messages is greyed out. Useless app.
The app was great. No longer so. My wife’s doc no longer shows up on her app and mine won’t let me message
App simply won’t download cannot rate it on anything else
Talk about constant problems & errors… too many to list. And when we contact “support”, the response is a minimum of a week, if not weeks later. Just now, I went to the support desk and it’s having technical difficulties and is unable to assist. #BeyondDisappointing
Confusing screens with overall poor explanation of steps for using the app
I don’t know what is going on , but this app is not loading & crashing leaving me unable to access my records. Fix it !
Very hard to navigate
I like what this app has to offer, but I am removing two stars because notifications outside of the app are not available. I have to actually open the app to see if there’s something new or if my doctors office has messaged me.
This app is absolutely terrible. It’s impossible to navigate, the support or help offered is really non existent and good luck to you if you really need to access your info. I get daily emails telling me my records have been updated, log in to see what has been added, but the answer is nothing. My doctor suggested me using it, I told him I did and it’s awful and he apologized and agreed. Avoid at all costs.
Update - based on my review, the developer reached out to suggest I log into my account to access my information. As if that’s the solution to make the app possible to navigate. If I could give this review less than one star, the contact from the developer would make me want to lower my rating.
