Works like a charm on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Doesn’t work on my iPad Mini.
At some point, it just quit getting updates. It seems and it no longer works.
At some point this app became useless to me as it crashes every time I try to connect to my web server. I click on my remote site and 5 seconds later the app completely crashes back to the Home Screen. I have tried to contact support, but either there is a language barrier that is preventing them from understanding my problem or they do not know their product. They seem to think that I am trying to use this app as a browser and will not understand that I am trying to access the files on the web server.
I give it one star because it keeps trying to charge me every month. I deleted this app and it finds a way to charge me monthly. SCAM
thanks for completely ruining the app that once was awesome with the custom keyboard and an interface that didn’t bounce around when trying to type. now it’s the worst editor in the app store. well done boys!
No need to write a review. I will simply confirm what you already suspect. Vaporware.
One of the reasons why I loved this app was not just for the file transfer to my Web server. But the easy access to use the app text editor to edit all of my website's webpages. Sure I could use the host website to access my stuff and edit them that way. But FTP manager was way way easier for me to not only edit pages but update them and either preview them in the app or through my web browser via my website. I don't know what happened to the text editor but it needs to come back in order for me to continue using this app. I tried updating a webpage of mine on my server and for whatever reason the text editor on this app is no more. Instead of being asked if I want you preview the page or use the text editor and edit the page. When I tap on a file for my website regardless of the format it just takes me straight to the preview.
Would like to highlight one area this app is great, the number of filetypes it supports built-in. Ogg and other media files Apple devices usually don’t support, and I just found out it can natively open EPUBs as well! Like other people say basically the file manager iOS *should* have.
Used to be able to edit my website hosted on Macintosh Garden, however I can’t do that anymore… please fix.
bring back old text editor i can’t even add indents anymore
Really works very well. I tried the free version only to quickly upgrade. Very happy
10 stars if I could.
I was shocked at how easy it was to connect to an sftp server and download files.
Simple, elegant user interface
Simple, elegant user interface
Convenient to use
Developers, please make a normal code editor, so that 1) there was a button to turn off line breaks 2) that there were themes more normal, let's say monokai, if you do I think it will be a great application for web developers. 🙏
