I find it completely relaxing to be able to do my payroll anywhere in the world on my phone. It’s about time.
Tried to reset my password, never could receive my verification code by text or call. The online agent did not solve the problem but hung up without proper follow up. Now my account’s locked.
this app sucks, it either takes forever to load or it doesn’t, no in between. i’ve gone whole weeks without being able to clock in every morning.
Terrible app, lags and just does not work. I can’t view my balance and I can’t add a pin to my card.
This app is unreasonably slow to open on the iPhone 16 Pro Max. It also asks for text confirmation every few days which I find quite inconvenient.
This app doesn’t work. At all. I haven’t been able to use it in over a month due to it just constantly trying to load but never actually loading. I have tried many different connections and never have a connection problem with other apps, so I know it’s not on my end. There’s not even a way to report an issue with the app, only the option to report fraud, abuse or a scam. Waste of space on my phone and the developers obviously don’t care to fix it if there’s no way to report issues with the app.
This app is the absolute worst. I constantly have to wait to get a verification text when I sign in even though I select trust this device everytime. It tells me I need to move to an approved location in order to clock when I’m standing in the middle of my company’s main office. It takes forever to sign in even when on WiFi constantly causing me to clock in late. This app is garbage. I keep begging my job to get rid of it and go with someone else.
Buggy mess. Try to move dashboard tiles and it hangs
This is gotta be the slowest app I’ve ever used on the App Store. The text message verification is a joke if you close the app and reopen it, you can log right in without even putting in the tax verification code not to mention it asks you every single time, even though you clicked the check box for remember this device. Total inconvenience and shame on the developers. They should spend some more money and time, improving the user interface and server speeds.
Coming from an employee stand point, this app is horrible. Not only the app but the online version of clocking in and out as well! Hate hate hateeee this app!!
i have been trying for a year to submit my personal information on my onboarding and it won’t let me submit it. due to this, i cannot see my hours, my pay, any documents, my W2, or any information whatsoever. i don’t know if anyone else has had this issue but ive tried fixing it with my manager and my regional manager and there’s nothing they can do.
