Been using Workflowy for over 3 years now. I had tried every notetaker/organizer out there looking for something that worked for me before landing on Workflowy. So many new improvements and features have been added since I first started using the platform and it just keeps getting better. I can’t imagine ever using a different platform.
I am a huge fan of this app. Use it for a full David Allen - type work ecosystem and absolutely love it. I have been using it for roughly 12 years and absolutely could not live without it.
I run my life through Workflowy it’s amazing
I could write a poem about how delightful it is using infinite indents with infinite searchability.

I absolutely love Workflowy on my desktop. What I struggle with on the app version is that the arrow to flip through photos doesn’t work and zooming in to pictures is really difficult. It would be great if you could work on this. Also, I know you probably have been working on this or trying to since you’re always coming out with new functionality, but notifications would be life changing. I could literally keep everything on Workflowy without having to schedule reminders on Google Calendar or whatever else.
The calendar has no parameters: week and quarter

Workflowy just clicks with my brain. It just makes sense, I don't know how else to explain it. Runs smoothly, looks nice, customizable. 5/5, no notes.
Maybe I’m missing something, but when I make a new node and hit the plus, it creates a bullet point. Nothing I do changes that fact. If the app only allows for bulleted lists and has a calendar that I’m not even sure what the purpose is for within the app, it’s probably not deep enough to be useful to you. Again, I’m probably using it wrong, but UI and UX are a thing.

I’ve been using Workflowy for over a decade for my to-do lists, goals lists, shopping lists, and all of my list needs. I love how easy it is to use, how it syncs across various devices, and how the free version is ad-free. It keeps me organized!

Зачем вообще решили обнлять добавлять кучу функций и менять привычный годам ux? Качал как легкий блокнот, но последние два года обновления превратили в нерабочий неудобный продукт. Очень жаль... лучше бы делали новую апу.

Started using Workflowy to track ideas and lists a long time ago. It keeps getting better. Now I use it for planning, writing and productivity. After years it’s still the most used app on both phone and computer.
