I’ve been using Microsoft Word since just about its inception. It still surpasses, in my experience, the use of Google Docs and other software in regard to word processing It does a pretty very good job of converting to Google and vice versa. I feel it is more intuitive. Four stars, not five, b/c of the price and the fact that is no person you can contact with questions or service.

IOS keeps wanting me to sign into MS accounts I no longer have.
Word helped me type my documents without fail! No error, corrects grammar and spelling mistakes. Word is a great way for young children to use and create with.

Worst software ever your entire business model is built on hijacking students and businesses with usage contracts. Terrible software your company needs to go away !!!!
I signed up for what was presented as a free one-month trial, but I was charged $99.99 immediately after subscribing. The flow led me to believe I would not be billed upfront. This was confusing and misleading, and I would not have proceeded if the immediate charge had been clearly communicated. I recommend clearer disclosure of billing terms to avoid this issue for others.

Very neat and works well.
The numbering system for more complex word document needs is not intuitive and extremely frustrating. I would think that in the many years since its release, the program would make the process user friendly
