Really like the way this app handles everything I need on my iPad. Appointments, estimates, calls, payments and full history. It's easy to send reminders, invoice and even promotions. There is help and instructional videos that are a great way to learn how to use the app. Like most apps there are things that could be improved but for the price it’s hard to beat! Would recommend this app.
App is garbage. I am a new plumbing company and every dime counts. Bought the app, tried to do an estimate oh wait I have to pay MORE to do estimates. What a joke. Enjoy my $8 you will never get another dime from me. CROOKS!
There is a learning curve but well worth the effort. This is a very easy to use, yet powerful app. Includes scheduler, invoicing and reporting. Keeps me organized and focussed. Much better than my prior system. Good navigation, very fast and keeps track of all of my calls and customers. Awesome looking invoices and estimates. Very responsive customer support via text and phone.
Very glitchy shuts down when opening different menus. Not very intuitive, dated layout. Its like someone from the 90s made this app. Everything is extra, all you bought is invoicing. Everything else requires more purchases. If you’re thinking of putting your entire business on this app don't do it. Should be negative stars after the response I got from the rip off artist, I mean developer.
I had purchased this software to try out. They do not have try before you buy. It’s not too bad for a small family service company and the price is very fair. Our business plan will be structured in a way that this software would not work well for us. In the frequently asked question #11 in the software itself states that they would be happy to give us a refund if the app is not what we need and it is not. Again it’s a good app for a small application so I have rated it for that only, not for a large complex business. I am now waiting for my refund and hope to receive soon. FAQ “#11. Refunds - Please provide a brief descriptions of why you are requesting a refund. If we can't help you or the app is just not what you need then we are happy to assist you with a refund”

There were some setup questions that we had and the support staff was responsive and helpful Although there is extensive help info and some movies, we still weren't getting it. After a phone call we got on the right track. They really knows how to use the app and had several great suggestions. Amazing that the app does so much with only a low one time fee, as good as apps that charge monthly.
The other apps I have tried are either too simplistic or too complicated this app is just right for my business. t’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add other services that were falling through the cracks with just a few taps. Once the job is finished its quick to do the billing via email.

I have now been using the app for 2 years and just installed another great update. The app uses the Calendar and Contacts, so install is fast and infomation is kept in sync. Keeps very detailed sales, payments and client notes. Have it on my iPhone and iPad. Would be nice if it was interfaced with Square, but not really a big deal. Also keeps track of my product and supply inventories..Nice!
I’ve only been using this app for a few days and the app seems pretty good. What is outstanding is their support. I had a few problems and some questions during setup. Helpful support responds quickly via email, text, and phone. A+
I was asked to buy more products after I pay for this app. I wanted to cancel my purchase but it was not possible I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.
This app has really helped me get organized. It’s so easy to bill that my revenue has actually increased since I can add sprinkler repairs and other services with just a few taps. Also saves time of manually generating invoices. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. i tried another app but the information was on a server and I needed a connection for it to work, not so good for me. They should charge a lot more for this app!

This one does a lot for the time it takes to use. I can keep track of by work orders and customers, calculate and email an invoice and keep up with my parts and supplies . There is a learning curve and it takes some time to understand and setup, but it’s well worth the effort.
