WIDGET DIRECTIONS
Add a widget to your home screen in the usual way (long press the home screen and when in jiggly mode press the '+' on top. Scroll down to Sci-Fi Themes and select the size you want [do this for each size you want]). Long press the widget to change the theme from the images you set in the app.
Some of the Sci-Fi styles are modeled after popular sci-fi shows and movies. The look like they should work, even with indecipherable meaning or function. And just like the props, iOS gives them the same functionality - NONE. It's parody how the sci-fi designers thought future displays would look while being impossible to use.

Despite what this app says it doesn’t do anything possibly trying to steal your info and break Apple TOS
I feel like I wasted $4 because the wallpaper is good but the widgets WOULD be good if when you had it on your iphone pinned it didnt say “sc fi themes” under each every widget. its very tacky looking tbh. also like, whats the point of widgets when all it is is linked to this app only?? likeee kinda pointless.
App still have some bugs to work out. Each time I attempt to download a wallpaper.

Keep getting an error message. Have not been able to get any photos to download, keeps giving me error message. Waste of money. Can I get a refund?
I rarely leave reviews, but when an app truly deserves recognition, I make an exception. Sci-Themes Wallpapers + Image Widget is one of those rare finds! I don’t understand some of the poor reviews I read - confusing based on my experience using the app.
Before purchasing, I read the app description carefully, so I knew exactly what to expect. I was not disappointed —high-quality sci-fi and futuristic wallpapers with a seamless widget experience. While nothing is animated (yet!), the static designs are so immersive that they bring my iPhone to life as if it were a piece of 24th-century technology.
The wallpapers are vibrant, ultra-detailed, and perfectly optimized for all screen sizes, ensuring no distortion or pixelation. The image widget feature is a fantastic touch, allowing me to customize my home screen with sci-fi visuals that match my chosen aesthetic.
The app is smooth, intuitive, and free of glitches. It’s clear that a great deal of time and effort went into crafting these designs. If you take the time to read the detailed instructions, setup is straightforward, and the results are stunning.
As a longtime sci-fi fan and tech enthusiast, I highly recommend this app. I’m already planning to purchase the developer’s other apps and experiment with combining them for even more customization. I’m also excited to see what future updates and releases bring! Well done!

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

On the beta, the widget doesn’t show as an option in adding widgets. Hopefully this will be fixed before release.

Yeah not sure if why I expected much when I downloaded this but it’s definitely a trick scam. Everything else in here can be found on the first page of a quick google search
Lots of great options and customization
They do look good till you try and fit them to the 15 Pro Max. Apple let's you "crop" but that doesn't solve the issue that while the width is spot on the height is tantalizing out of reach leading to misalignment.
If this was a free release then I wouldn't complain about it but it isn't. I do see the developer responding to reviews and if this is fixed I will update to reflect it. Other than alignment I would love the app.

The app description makes it seem like it has a bunch of wallpapers for a bunch of sizes. The fact is that each size only has a few. Or if there are more, it’s impossible to get to them because when you press see all it doesn’t do anything. Also the wallpapers don’t fit correctly with the lock screen widgets. The lock screen widgets go over the parts of the wallpaper that you want to see. That is that this is the only wallpaper that works from my iPad Air. Not to mention that you have to choose between horizontal and vertical wallpapers and they don’t have the same wallpaper in both sizes. There’s just so much they could improve with this and I really hope they do because I would love to come back to this. But I think I’m just going to return the app. Oh, and you can only have one widget and it’s only one size. Makes no sense. I have so many options for widgets if you can only use one?
The wallpapers don’t fit my screen and it turns out that some of the customization features shown in the promotional images aren’t included and cost extra. Basically a glorified jpg set. Might have been worth a dollar at most. Now I just feel scammed.
Never have I seen a developer so committed to customer service. I messaged him and within 30 minutes he had me all fixed up. Amazing experience and definitely recommend using this app if you want a LCARS themed homescreen.
This is a great app for tricking out your iPhone/iPad to make it look like something from Star Trek. The content creator is accessible if you get confused or have questions. The app itself has lots of things to choose from but does show the limitations of iOS/Apple vs Android products. This is not the fault of the creator, but the operating system/App Store. Looking forward to the day when Apple realizes they have a superior product and let folks show it off.
