So, I’ve found duplicate charges on my account that weren’t from pre authorized transactions, with the duplicate charge posting randomly the next day, automatically deducting funds from sales I made. The app glitches, closes suddenly. Sadly, I raved about this app and didn’t mind being charged a small fee per sale. However, withdrawing funds to other accounts seems to be a hassle, and the simple design and lack of customer service especially is there were a real emergent like theft or fraud makes this app obsolete. I would rather go back to using square. Really such a disappointment.
Do not use this app I was given a refund from eBay and they kept it. They keep giving me the runaround on trying to get it back have given them all the information that they asked for and they still are making me wait also to the health center the customer support is nothing but AI I have yet to speak to a customer service representative and it has been three weeks now. I do not recommend this app to anybody.

Jim is phenomenal and so convenient!
The reason why I did 4/5 stars because today my app will not allow me to process tap to pay or pay link, my customer was taping different cards and it will not go though, then he tried with the pay link and that seamed to work. I’m not sure what happened Becuase my customer has his money and his cards were all active.
Don’t use this app if your are in the beauty industry because a client can do a charge back and your not protected because they didn’t sign for the payment. So you will be out of the money.

I started using this app for my lawn business and a lot of my customers has a debit so I wanted to give them the option to tap their card. One the first transaction this app held my money still to this day . I did a job and was paid over $400 and this BS Jim still is holding my money with no questions asked. The customer verified and I did all these loops they told me to do and still nothing . This app is a scam and it’s ran by 3 scammers sitting behind a computer holding accounts users money DONT USE THIS BS…. YOU CANT CALL CUSTOMERS SUPPORT TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE VOICE BECAUSE THERE IS NO REAL PERSON SO WHY OPEN ACCOUNT WHERE THEY CAN HOLD YOUR MONEY . YOU BEEN WARNED
For those fees you should transfer right away just like other payment systems
I understand it being a business card and all but a lot of pay options with it are not available and don’t exist. For example being Cashapp, Paypal, and Chime

However they charge your customers a fee then charge you another fee in order to cash out then you gotta wait almost 24hrs just to cash out your money to your account if you don’t wanna use there digital card

Could not run one card payment, every customers bank was flagged for fraud. Contacted customer support received no help whatsoever.
