I paid about $20 for the Plus plan, which included 75 credits, because I wanted to create videos for a new YouTube channel. I attempted to generate one video, but the entire credit allowance was consumed before I received a completed, usable result. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund and only offered another 75 credits, even though the first 75 did not produce what I paid for. Their explanation was that the Plus plan is only “for exploring,” which was not clear to me before purchasing. The credit system is extremely expensive, confusing, and not practical for anyone expecting to create regular videos. I would not recommend paying for this app unless you fully understand how quickly the credits can disappear.

I havent used my credits last month and cancelled the subscription even on the last day they didnt allowed to use them. Stupid app.
The worst AI video generator app.
First it did nothing it was advertised to do. So I went in to pay and it still did nothing. It took my money but it never reflected onto my account. Since then I have been trying to retrieve my money and as of today, I have still not heard anything from anyone nor have I received my refund. Very disheartening, I expected so much more.

So many bugs, slow and have the nerve to be extremely expensive.
I was having a great time except the fact that they asked me for credit and told me I have to buy with my own money to make a silly video and mind you. I only wanted it to be like five seconds 10 they asked me for so much credits and I kept saying no, I don’t, but they just asked me and asked me again so I kept telling her no but guess what they freaking kicked me out the app I tried to go back in and I couldn’t so I just decided to leave this with you never use this if you want a horrible experience or waste your money on something that’s not even worth it in the first place.
