The is no option for “pay on demand” on my updated version. I have also noticed that the developer only responds to 5 star reviews , and will not or is not interested in responding to 1 star reviews . What a joke of a developer

When looking at timesheet would be nice if you had a total hours works line along with hours worked each day!
Hyphenmonster • Apr 4, 2026
If there's a regular pay schedule, can my employer also show when I'm paid next and what amount? Or like pay accrued?
placekeeper • Apr 3, 2026
Stopped loading the Pay section of the app. Deleted and redownloaded. Now it won’t even let me sign in. Login credentials are correct.

It’s rare for apps to be just as high functioning as the laptop/desktop version. Paylocity is easily accessible via mobile, ipad, and laptop. Wonderful adjustments!

App lacks so much compared to website.
John P C A M • Mar 31, 2026
Terrible interface, terrible support, and a plethora of issues for numerous members on payroll. Problems that are some how “unexplained”. Completely dissatisfied and frustrated with this platform since the beginning.
Big story tellers • Mar 31, 2026

Erikdoscgilf • Mar 31, 2026
Makes me stand 250 feet outside of my building to clock in or out. UI is a nightmare. “User is locked out” message for no reason. Terrible.
