It’s been over 15 years in healthcare, and I have never seen such medical incompetence in my life. Have a Teladoc appointment for symptoms of a bladder infection that I know has turned into a kidney infection and they tell me they’re treating me for a kidney infection, but they prescribed me medicine specifically for a bladder infection that tells you that it will not treat a kidney infection . after three appointments they still could not get it right I had to go to CVS and finally found a competent physician that was able to take care of the actual problem. Seriously beware people are dying of sepsis, and this is how sepsis happens.
I was informed they’d send me a free scale, covered by insurance! Now I have a bill where it was very much not covered by insurance. This is a scam!

I was there and I saw a man in a black shirt with glasses and at one point he fall asleep. I was signaling him but nothing !!!!!!!!!
WOW!! This was super easy and super quick with super short wait time, pleasant staff and I didn’t have to wait in an emergency room or urgent care. Will definitely use this option again next time!
I like the potential for this to be a great App. However, almost daily the App stalls out, and I have to turn off my IPhone completely to try to restart the App. Sometimes this works and at other times it’s a non starter. I also run into problems trying to enter data to track my food intake. I get the following messages: (1) Oops, something went wrong; followed by (2) we’re having problems connecting to our food database. Try again later.

She saw the eye, but couldn’t do anything but referring to an urgent care doctor.
Provider was very unfriendly. She did not offer much medical advice. No prescription because she said it might require a prior authorization. She hung up without saying goodbye. Feel like I wasted my money.
Everything is broken in the app. It’s exactly what you fear when you need actual help—it just is so frustrating.
