Polly market must be sued • Apr 25, 2026
Polly Market is absolutely terrible. They take your money instantly, no problem, but when you actually win, they just won’t let you cash out. My balance was “available soon” for ages, and in the meantime, I kept losing my winnings due to their constant delays. Customer support is useless, and the whole platform feels shady. I wouldn’t trust them at all—do yourself a favor and stay away!

Hello,
I am trying to withdraw, and the customer support isn’t answering. This app is holding my money for no reason even tho the settlement time is over.

Tons of people have issues withdrawing and support is non existent
Big Harry Texan • Apr 23, 2026
Last Thursday, my entire portfolio disappeared. Their "support" team keeps passing it around to "someone else who can take care of it for me."
I'm considering it a total loss.

If you end up winning a lot, they will suspend your account, literally refuse to explain why they have suspended you, and then ask you for the same documentation over and over again to frustrate you. They will also withhold your funds during this suspension with no explanation and prevent you from withdrawing. I’ve spent 2 weeks speaking with the same customer support person tha had asked me over and over again for the exact same info that I’ve provided. There are apps that are much better and easier to use than Polymarket. They will hold your money hostage for 2-3 weeks till you provide 5 layers of documentation for a suspension they will not even care to explain. Please listen to the long list of bad reviews.

Currently have $800 sitting in my account that I am completely unable to withdraw. I have been in contact with support for over a month and still no change to my account. Support takes forever to respond. Use this app if you want to trap your money away.

I asked for $20 withdrawal as I had around $50 in my account and they declined the withdraw and tried to contact support and they opened a ticket to follow up then they closed the ticket and never did anything so no withdraw

I thought I would try the app out because they blast so much marketing evrrywhere. I deposited $2500 and then it was instantly gone. Customer support hasn’t gotten back to me in over three days. Do not use this app.
