Being able to expand on ideas using Ai has been amazing ! It has allowed new comers to content creation to take it to the next level .. This is a great app and the customer service has been great ! I highly recommend you try out this app.
There’s alot to learn snd figure out but, in a good way. Exciting, fun and opens new doors in communicating with others whether in business or your personal life!
The quality of the AI, graphics, and finished creations is excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the company’s customer service and credit system has been extremely disappointing.
When I purchased the Starter annual plan for $100, my understanding was that it included approximately $70 worth of credits each month. My account and creation history from previous months appear to support that understanding because I consistently used more than 70 credits during those months.
My monthly credits have now been stopped without a clear explanation. I have repeatedly contacted customer support through the app for the past three to four weeks, but nobody has responded or explained what changed.
I am asking the company to review my original subscription terms and account history and provide a clear answer. If my plan included monthly credits, those credits should be restored. If the terms were different, someone should explain that in writing and show me the original agreement.
I would gladly improve this review because the AI product itself is excellent. However, taking a customer’s payment, changing or stopping the expected benefits, and then failing to respond for several weeks is unacceptable.

At first I was struggling in the beginning until I got a hold of it, it was pretty simple. Adding the assistance with ChatGPT the creation went through much faster and easier than ever. I’m using this for two of my businesses.
Genial
HeyGen is an awesome tool for creators like myself, I'm still a newbie , learning the ins and outs of the app. Hopefully they'll offer some free generation credits in the future I don't like the complications of choosing a voice
Can I return to my original plan $59/month with avartar lll unlimited

Then when you finally think your getting somewhere with this app it says you have to pay more what a waste of 29 dollars i highly do not recommend this app, and anything associated with the people behind it.
Waste of money for what you get.
