You only get 4 energy every day unless you PAY!! You learn but barely! I don't like this app! Don't get it!

This is great I love this app. It’s easy and a nice tool to have in your pocket when you aren’t actively learning. My only issue is I cannot complete the second lesson. The evaluation crashes and dosent give me options to choose so I ca move forward. And some of the prompts are wrong, like they’ll ask you which of the signs is “—-“ but it dosent have that option and will mark you wrong. If that makes sense. Would give 5 stars if I could complete my evaluation and not get marked wrong when the prompt is misleading

Be upfront if the app is going to charge. You start one lesson and you’re on a roll then you have to pay. Paying for education that’s free elsewhere ,typical consumerism. I was going to say I get paying for a course but actually no I don’t. Booooo consumerism. Booooo. The cost is 3 times the min wage in my state. Downloaded other apps and now I’m continuing my learning in asl for free. If that wasn’t an option I’d just buy a used asl book off of eBay.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. The deaf community does not support this app because the creators are hearing and taking away the rights from the deaf community. LEARN FROM DEAF TEACHERS! we already have so many apps to learn asl like lingvano and asl bloom!!!!! do not download this app i emphasize it’s always best to learn from deaf teachers!

I want to learn sign language because I think it’s cool and I want to talk to people like that more even if they don’t do sign languages

I was excited to use this app as I’ve been learning ASL on my own briefly. Unfortunately, it does not work and progress is frozen after the first chapter. I emailed the customer support and never heard back as well. Sadly disappointed.

I love it 🩷

All persons involved in teaching ASL are not Deaf. There are plenty of Deaf teachers who Anna could reach out to, but instead they reached out to people who can hear for their convenience of not having to deal with Deaf teachers. Feel free to download and learn sign language if you don’t want to support Deaf teachers.

Claudia you should have went to Paris to find Valerie a new babydaddy. She’s lonely and now your app isn’t doing well. Not looking good for the fam 😬 stop stealing language and pulling the fam down go work at crazy crepe vro just put the crepes in the bag 😭

App uses hearing teachers, absolutely not using. Very disrespectful and disappointing. There are better apps available for learning asl.

Another subscription

Tried this app to see if I could recommend it to my friends and family. After completing first lesson, and immediately saw ASL is not taught by native ASL signers. Their signing is so awkward. Learn at your own risk. I would not.

This app uses hearing teachers. Shame on them. Do not use.
Mortivexa • Feb 22, 2026
I learned ASL for 3 years in highschool but never got to continue my education on the matter, I am glad to remember the lessons that I did on here! BTW the people doing the videos are hearing but, they are CODA(Children of Deaf Adults) they grew up on and around ASL or LSF!
