It doesn’t know how to distinguish between a loyal customer and someone who flakes. I’ve been going to this person for almost two years. Yet I’m required to first do a deposit, now I have to pay up front?? Like what is your algorithm. I book my appointments two months in advance and some things come up but I never cancel last minute. Always a week in advance. The vendor should have authority on who has to make these determinations on their customers.
I was charged $30 to use this app. As a customer we should not be paying to book appointments, the business owner is responsible to fees.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this platform. A service provider canceled my appointment and still kept my deposit, despite a clear pricing issue that was not disclosed upfront. When I tried to resolve the matter, I was directed back and forth with no real accountability or resolution.
What’s most frustrating is that the platform does not seem to effectively protect clients when disputes arise with independent providers. Once payment is made, there is very little support or recourse, even in situations where transparency is lacking.
At minimum, there should be stronger safeguards for customers and a clearer dispute resolution process. Until that improves, I cannot confidently recommend this app to others.

Barbers want the client’s to put down deposits before they even do a service. Barbers change client’s schedules to whatever feels good for them and don’t consider the client’s time. This app is for trash service providers!!
