I use this app all the time for my laundry & to fill up my 5-gallons of water. It tells me “THANK YOU! We appreciate your business! Enjoy your reward!” But I don’t see the rewards they talk about. We’re talking since May 2025 it’s been telling me that & almost a year later, I have not seen any rewards. Smfh! Disappointing!!!!! Other than doing what the app is intended to be used for, it works but where’s my reward?!

This app is predatory. It’s taken my money without allowing me to use the machine on multiple occasions. One time while trying to wash multiple loads at once it triggered my bank account as fraudulent and my credit card got blocked. In short this app doesn’t work well, is inconvenient, and very scummy as they have stolen money without rendering the proper service. I hate this app with a passion and wish my apartment complex could just give me free laundry instead of trying to suck more dollars from working people!!
I have used the app without issue. However, people in my building are completely unable to use coins to pay for service. So, it’s either use the app or do your laundry elsewhere.
There’s also a repeat problem with our dryer, which has broken four times this month. A “repairman” comes in and “fixes” the machine, only for it to break down less than a week later.

Absolutely terrible way to handle business. I was forced to use this garbage to run a dryer in a hotel. Charged me outrageous prices for it. I hope the people who make and implement this gets an STD.

Stickers on all machines at St Robert, MO Holiday Inn Express offered First Purchase Free With Sign Up. No card required. Following all steps and used automated support. Steps suggested by support were not existent and offered no alternatives or explanation.

This app doesn’t work at all. I stood in front of three machines with Payrange and the app couldn’t find any of them. Garbage, don’t use it.
Terrible app, worse customer service. Offers for credits never get paid, appeal system never works and customer service at Pay Range and RevU are awful.
AS THE TITLE SAYS, DON’T USE THIS!! THE SERVER ALWAYS GOES DOWN AND YOU CAN’T LOG IN!! YOU RATHER LOOK AT A LAUNDRY THAT PAYS CASH!!? It logged me out and won’t log me back in (gives me an error), customer service buttons on the app keep responding with an error. Also shows no machines nearby
I hate this app it will stop working and won’t let you do nothing
Literally has been working fine not great for a few years. Today in the middle of my third load, it logged me out and wouldn’t allow me to sign back in. Says my login is incorrect. Won’t even let me create a new account. Stole my money though. How convenient
