Community Voice & Feedback
This is the first time I have ever left a review for an app. I purchased this app to be able to use it for skincare and recipes. After paying for and downloading the app, I click on the recipes to browse through it and it says I have to purchase another app to access it. Same with the skincare. What a waster of money, as if money grows on trees these days and we can afford to keep purchasing these apps! Don’t buy this app! If I could give it zero star rating I would!
I love this app!!! I am a book person but this is nice to have at your fingertips wherever you are.
Love this app. Guide to the colors symbols etc.- there is a ? mark at the top left above oils and personal care that opens the key guide to letters, colors etc. Also, about 10 or so years ago Rosewood was on hold due to being scarce (endangered, maybe?). Young Living created a blend that when mixed very approximately and proportionally contained a replication of the many constituents contained in rosewood EO. Since inspiration contained rosewood, this might be why other oils appeared on the labels after this blend was substituted for rosewood. I think the blend had geranium, maybe spruce, not sure what else. Idk if there are updates to this app for such, or for new oils as they become available. I know the disappointment when an oil is not in the app. I do like that the app retains a lot of info from the old days that seems lacking in other resources. Also a plus that there are research study references. Searching pub med can bring up many more and recent studies. My teacher taught : if an oil smells good to you, your body is telling you you need it. If an oil doesn’t smell good to you, your body is telling you you really need it! As in, something might need to be brought into harmony and balance, as often an oil starts to smell better, after awhile, for people, than it did originally. Peace be to your days.
When are they going to update with all the new oils and supplements?
Got this so I wouldn't have to use the actual book to look us symptoms and what EOs to use. It doesn't always work, recipes missing or incomplete.
It seems unfair that there’s a $5 price for the app, then after you purchase it, you can still only access some parts of the app until you pay an additional monthly or yearly fee.
I paid an extra $4.99 for what? It does not give the amount of drops for different diffuser blends and needs an update. If you’re just looking for basic info is an ok app but I’m looking for a better one after spending the $15 and no refund.
TO LANDSCAPE FOR IPAD!!!!
You still have to make in app purchase
I’m not sure how to get in touch so I’m trying here. The home page for the app is not working properly. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it has not fixed the problem. The buttons are up in the top left and under the search bar. Any ideas on how to fix this?
This app has served me well for over 5 years however, there are numerous items on it that Young Living no longer produces. It would be beneficial to have someone go through all of the items to delete those at are no longer available. There’s no sense in researching items that are not available.
I do refer to this app a lot. However, check out your “Legs, Restless”. You are missing ingredients. When you go to “about this App” and try to report a bug or send a comment, the links are broken. Please go through your app with a fine-tooth comb. You have a goldmine here but I see a lot of missing key ingredients.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Life 5 has been long gone for a few years now. Update to Life 9. Contact link and Report a Bug link in app don’t open and are unavailable. I pay 9.99 for app subscription and would expect the links to work. I do appreciate you’ve updated with supplements. FIX YOUR LINKS FOR PAID SUBSCRIBERS!
Definitely a five star rating because it is a wealth of information and easy to use.
I purchased this app for $6.99 in March of 2015. I had full access. I used to use this app frequently. I upgraded my phone and lost access to the “personal guide” section. Now the app is requesting a subscription fee. When did this change? Why were customers not notified? Sad to delete is app.
