It’s nice

It won’t pick up the sound of my electric guitar and I have my speaker right next to my device!
Toothglue • May 20, 2026
The app is great and all. I’ve been playing for a while, but I’m just disappointed they removed some of my go to songs. I hope they don’t remove anymore just keep adding.

Easy to use, great songs, selection, and as long as I practice, I learn quickly! Great app!
Giga Goon • May 17, 2026
I’ve used this app on and off for many years. Throughout the entire experience I’ve had issues that are extremely frustrating. Nothing’s worse than trying to learn something and it’s completely inconsistent when it will accept the cord or notes. Whether you’re trying to go for the hundred percent or just get through the song. I’ve had countless times where I’ve struck a cord or the note was dead, and it wouldn’t accept it as good even when I would say it’s bad. Then I would just be hitting random notes and then it would be accepting them as correct. I’ve tried to reduce background noise as much as possible, besides being in a completely soundproof room. Either way you shouldn’t have to do that if you’re trying to learn. Extremely frustrating. I find it hard to believe that other people are not experiencing this issue so all the five star reviews seem very fishy to me.

it’s a good app but does anyone else have issues with the phone hearing your playing? like i feel like i have to do it so many times before it actually picks it up lol
Steve0613j • May 14, 2026
It’s completely unfair for a company to charge these rates when they don’t put the same emphasis on each instrument included in the app equally. All of the new music and app development is built around guitar. Not bass. You should break out singing and bass into their separate apps so that you can bill your premium price for guitar and then a reduced price for bass and singing. 0 stars would have been my choice but I had to settle for 1.

I tried out simply guitar and I simply don’t like it. This app however is amazing it’s fast paced but you can take it slow. Practice mode is amazing and the lessons are concise and very good. This app is will probably teach me to sing too since, yes it has a singing course and is still cheap even if you do both guitar and singing.

This app is a joke will pull money of for the subscription three to four days earlier they don’t care Aslong as they can take your money from you 32 dollars a month and you guys don’t know how to tell 30 days has passed
Si krkkf • May 12, 2026
Ok I have to admit that this app is very good and I love it, but the fact that you want us to pay for it is just stupid you guys need to like make it free to people who just want to learn an instrument and don’t want to pay for lessons. Maybe if you made it free more people would enjoy it and not have to pay 20$ a month in my opinion you need to just make it free for more people to enjoy. Or you could make it a one time payment and not a subscription. Overall a good app but I bugs me that you have to pay for it
Joejay87 • May 12, 2026
App is not hearing certain strings.
MoreAwesome686 • May 10, 2026
I was supposed to be notified leading up to the end of the trial period and instead I was charged $175 without notice. That is a completely unacceptable business practice, I feel like I’ve been cheated.
Unverifiable1 • May 10, 2026
Every single song is behind a paywall. I used to be a premium member and when it was free, I had at least 15 minutes with the challenge songs. Now only the tuner is free.
Guitar gR@d3y • May 9, 2026
Helps me practice my guitar at home so much and the tuner is amazing literally nothing else needed!
skynaberrie • May 8, 2026
this app is okay and i’d recommend for beginners of guitar. my only issue - and this is a big one, they auto- adjust the speed under the parts that are “learn”
instead of “practice” which i ABSOLUTELY despise. you should be able to play at your own pace without the app gradually increasing it when you are not ready. this along with the fact that the app
forces you to be able to play at 100% speed to get full stars, when it should be ~85%-90%. you should not be focused on playing at 100% speed when you first start learning the guitar. if they got rid of both of those issues i would rate 5/5.
