You're right that the README currently spends a lot more space on positioning and showcase than on the first-run path, so the install/use steps are easy to miss.
The repo does already have a workable quick-start path in place — `pnpm install`, `pnpm -r build`, then `node packages/cli/dist/bin.js studio` — but this should be surfaced much earlier and explained more clearly, along with a short "what to do next" section for the studio and CLI.
I've labeled this as documentation + help wanted + good first issue since it's well-scoped for a community PR. If you'd like to take a pass at improving the README structure, feel free to open one and we can review it. 🙌
