Ok, so to get this game to work I need to download the thing I already did. Find this app and use it. Then download the rest of the game from some unspecified location?
This seems confusing. Is there no way to just download and play the game without all of these extra steps. Why isn't the whole game and it's assetts part of the the download?

Invert mouse option would be nice. Tried the ingame settings too but as mentioned above it has no effect on the mouselook anymore.
try new release hoping it will work for you

Depends if you want to use Horizon for other stuff. Bit overkill if you just want to use it once, but I get you. I'd recommend wxPirs for simplicity's sake if not for the fact it appears to freeze when using it lol.
I used Horizon to extract the files. easiest method.

There is an alternative method for those who just want to extract and nothing else: https://github.com/SunJaycy/GoldenEye-Recomp/issues/12#issuecomment-4733496500

There are two sound dropdowns there. Sorry it's in Spanish, even though it should still work because of the names.
I don't see a sign/warning that these should be updated? More like an specific incompatibility here? But I'll try and see if that helps.
EDIT: I attempted to update all the drivers there and in all cases it says they either have the most recent update or it can't be updated at all.

Issue #33 also has similar information in it: https://github.com/SunJaycy/GoldenEye-Recomp/issues/33
If you google "Horizon wemod" you can find the tool I was describing (sorry not posting any links in case that breaks rules).
Of course you'll need to find these "assets" yourself, they are not included with this repository. If you do find them through google or another forum, you may get the unextracted files, which has one large 720mb file with a long alphanumeric filename. If you have a file like that, you can use Horizon's "Package Manager" to "Open" and then "Extract All" to get those contents.

I am trying to google this horizon tool, but I am not finding anything that extracts zip files.
Is there a video tutorial anywhere? I think this is over my head.
