Hey @xikhar, this interests me as well, and I am confident I can open a clean pr to enable local model adapters via ollama, litellm, or vllm. Let me know if you're OK, and happy to be assigned and open a PR.

I started with ChatGPT so I can work directly on the frontend and simplify the UX across different desktop platforms.
For local use, we'd need to support end to end voice pipelines including STT, TTS, etc.
The MCP server for actions can already work with any compatible agent.
The easiest next step would be to let the user configure the app or service providing the audio in settings, so you can use this one top of your own custom local/semi-local voice to voice pipelines.
**I will add this setting very soon**
Later on, we can add in-app stt, tts support and adapters for different agents. But a few apps like that already exist. That's why my goal was to choose the path of least friction initially, but still supporting local first use eventually.
