In my work structuring renewable energy deals across multiple jurisdictions, regulatory mapping is always the most time-consuming part of due diligence. I build project finance and valuation templates for cross-border deals on Eloquens (https://www.eloquens.com/channel/samir-asadov-cfa) and the regulatory assumptions are always the hardest to standardize. Love that Cleo is automating this layer — would be curious to see how it handles regulatory divergence between EU and APAC markets.
