Congrats on your launch. I think what could set this apart is the great UX. What I feel the native screenshot tool lacks is an easy way to add annotations which a tool lightshot used to offer - is this something PeekPaste does? One other interesting idea is having an iOS app that could sync with this. Several times I've copied links, text etc only to paste it to whats app to share between the devices. All the best with PeekPaste.

Clipboard tools live or die on search for me. Does it match inside the text of older items, or only the first line?

This looks so cool, I've always wanted to see what I've copied, specially images since its so easy to paste them in IDE for coding these days.

Can pinned clips stay available permanently while older clipboard items are automatically cleaned up?
[Redacted] • Sep 15, 2026
Supporting text, links, images, files, colors and code in one clipboard history makes this much more useful than a basic copy past tool.

Hi everyone,PeekPaste started with a simple idea: your clipboard should always be within reach. Most clipboard managers make you open another window or interrupt what you're doing. I wanted something that felt more like part of macOS itself.Push your pointer against the edge of the screen and PeekPaste slides in over whatever you're working on. Find the clip you need, select it, and get straight back to what you were doing.PeekPaste remembers text, code, links, images, colors and files. You can search inside screenshots using on-device OCR, preview clips with Space, pin and organize frequently used clips, filter by app or date, and open the full Library when you need to dig further back.Privacy was important from the beginning. Clipboard history can contain incredibly personal information, so everything stays on your Mac. There are no accounts, analytics, telemetry or cloud clipboard service.Built specifically for macOS, designed to stay out of your way, and ready whenever you need something back.Launching with a special offer for the PH community - $6.99 using code PEEKPASTEPH → Get PeekPaste for $6.99 (first 50 redemptions, valid until September 30).https://lucidbit.lemonsqueezy.co...App Store - PeekPaste on the Mac App Storehttps://apps.apple.com/app/id676...Thank you!
